Vinicio Marsiaj, with a robust academic foundation, brings to Lakefield Partners deep expertise in a wide array of financial instruments and their application across diverse markets. An independent asset manager since 2002, he has gained extensive experience in commodity derivatives structuring while at UBS in Zurich and New York, focusing on Latin American markets. At J.P. Morgan Investment Management in New York, he served as a portfolio manager for UHNW Latin American families. In 2002, he founded Highgate Wealth Management, the precursor to Lakefield Partners, where he currently leads Portfolio Management. Vinicio Marsiaj holds a MSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of London, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a MSc in Quantitative Finance from ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 1996.
