Jean-Philippe Hechel

Jean-Philippe Hechel is Head of Equity Income at Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd. Additionally, he has served as the Lead PM for the JSS Sustainable Equity - Global Dividend Fund since February 2020, and Co-PM for the JSS Sustainable Equity - Swiss Dividend Fund since November 2023. Since joining the Bank in 2010, he had been a Senior Portfolio Manager Private Banking. In this role, he launched in 2013 the Equity Income strategies with a focus on companies with a solid balance sheet, strong operating cash flow and attractive as well as sustainable dividends.
 
Before joining the Bank, he worked at Vontobel Asset Management where he was promoted in 2003 to lead institutional Multi-Asset-Class EUR strategies, as well as fund management for European Equity funds, after he had been responsible for Multi-Asset-Class fund solutions since 1998. Prior to this, he had been a Financial Analyst Economic Research and Deputy to the Chief Economist since 1995. In 1994, he was a Financial Analyst at Kraft Jacobs Suchard, in the Treasury Department of the European head-office in Zurich. He started his career in 1992 at Julius Baer Investment Fund Services, where he was responsible for market analysis and supported distribution partners with software tools and risk return analysis.
 
Jean-Philippe Hechel completed his studies in Economics at the University of St. Gallen with a Master of Economics in 1993. He is also a CFA® and CAIA® charterholder and holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Patrick Belloni

Patrick Belloni completed his studies in Business and Economics at the University of Geneva with a Major in Finance, and Banking in 2000.
 
Patrick Belloni has worked in investment management since 2000. After graduating, he joined UBS as a Junior Portfolio Manager with a focus on the US market.
 
Patrick joined Bank Sarasin in 2005 as a Senior Portfolio Manager Private Banking where he initially took responsibility of some of the Discretionary Model portfolios. In 2011 he was promoted to Deputy Head Portfolio Management Geneva and since 2018 Patrick is part of the Global DPM Clients team. The team manages all the premium mandates clients in multi-asset class portfolios from national to international locations.
